Your cup can be hand washed, or left in the cup pocket of your short or jock and put in the washing machine with it when you wash your short/jock.

Orders are shipped from our warehouse in Northbrook, IL.
There can be a 2-3 business day handling time before orders ship, so please plan accordingly when choosing your shipping method.
Carrier calculated shipping rates are available at checkout which enable you to choose the speed you need to receive your product in.
A Note On International Shipments:
We try to make sure all duties and fees are paid from our end but some countries impose additional duties on product at the time of import. You are responsible for all additional taxes and duties levied on your order once it arrives in your country.
Please note that first class international shipping does not have a guaranteed delivery time frame. Depending on the location shipments can take up to 4-6 weeks and tracking the shipment can have limited abilites.

In order to select the correct clothing size, we recommend you take the following measurements using a soft tape measure. If necessary, ask someone else to help.
1. Bust
Wearing a bra, pass the tape measure straight across your back, under your arms and over the fullest point of your bust.
2. Waist
Pass the tape measure around your natural waistline, at the narrowest point of your waist. The tape measure should sit snugly against your body, but should not be pulled too tight.
3. Hips
Pass the tape measure across your hipbone, around the fullest point of your hips.
4. Dress Length
Standing up straight, in bare feet and with both feet together, measure from the middle of the most prominent bone at the base of your nape downwards as far as the length indicated in the product details.
