We stand firmly behind our commitment, and if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are always available to assist you.
Return & Exchange Window
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery — even if the product has been worn or used.
Returns & Exchanges – U.S., Canada, Australia, U.K.
- Exchanges are always free in these countries.
- Returns:
- U.S., Canada, Australia: You’ll be provided a return label, and the label cost will be deducted from your refund.
- U.K.: You’ll also be provided a return label, and the label cost will be deducted from your refund.

International Customers (Outside U.S., Canada, U.K., Australia)
Customers in other countries are responsible for paying return and exchange shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Returns will be routed to the nearest fulfillment center, and you must email your tracking number to our support team after initiating the return form.
Buy with Prime Orders
Customers who purchase using Buy with Prime must process returns directly through their Amazon account. All return requests, return labels, and refunds for Buy with Prime orders are managed by Amazon.

- All returns and exchanges must begin by completing the return/exchange form using the button above.
- Once your order has shipped, shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method or as store credit — your choice.
- Refunds are processed once your return is received at our warehouse.
