At checkout you may add Exchange & Return Protection for $2.50.
This optional protection covers the cost of return shipping for returns and exchanges.
If you purchase Exchange & Return Protection:
- Free exchanges
- Free return shipping
- No shipping fees deducted from refunds
If you do NOT purchase Exchange & Return Protection:
- Exchanges are still free
- Store credit returns include free return shipping
- Refund returns will have an $8.99 return shipping fee deducted from the refund

Return & Exchange Window: Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

- Exchanges: Always free.
- Store Credit Returns: Free return shipping.
- Refund Returns: Return shipping is deducted from your refund unless Exchange & Return Protection was purchased.
Instant Exchanges (Fastest Way to Get the Right Size)
Need a different size? Our Instant Exchange option allows you to receive your replacement item before we receive your return.
- During the exchange process you may choose the Instant Exchange option.
- Your replacement item will ship immediately.
- You send your original item back using the provided return label.
- A temporary authorization may be placed on your card until the return is received.
- Once your return is scanned by the carrier the authorization is released.
Instant exchanges are the fastest way to get the correct size.

If your item doesn’t fit quite right, check our size guide first. In many cases a quick size exchange solves the problem faster than a full return.

If your item arrived damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please select the "Defective or Damaged" option when submitting your return request.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, you may be asked to upload photos showing the defect during the return process.
Sizing issues, normal wear and tear, or damage caused by misuse are not considered product defects.

Returns for Buy with Prime must be processed directly through Amazon.
Warranty Registration
All Diamond MMA Athletic Cups come with a Lifetime Warranty.
By registering your other Diamond MMA products, you will receive a 60-Day Warranty in addition to the 30-Day Return Window.
Diamond MMA products are covered for defects in materials and workmanship for 30 days from purchase (extended to 60 days with registration).
