We stand firmly behind our commitment, and if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are always available to assist you.

Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, and we even accept worn or used products — no questions asked.

No Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. Instead, we offer free returns for eligible countries so you can quickly place a new order for the correct item without waiting. It’s faster and gives you full control over what you need.

International Returns (All Other Countries)

For customers outside the U.S., U.K., and Australia, return shipping is the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping your receipt. At this time, we do not provide prepaid labels for other international returns.

Important Notes About Returns

When requesting a return authorization, please note that once your order has shipped, all shipping and handling fees paid are non-refundable. All refunds are processed once the return has been received in the Diamond MMA warehouse.

Refund Options

Refunds can be issued to your original payment method or as a store credit, whichever you prefer. Please allow 5–7 business days for refund processing after your return is received.
