What is a Diamond MMA System?
A System is one of our jocks plus our hard athletic cup, sold together. The cup sits in a pocket built for it, and the shift-proof quad strap design helps keep it in place.
Which jock should I get?
The Quad Strap Jock is our traditional jockstrap. The Compression Jock Short builds a short around the same quad strap design and rests about mid-thigh. The Performance Short Jock is made to wear as an outer short, with all four straps inside, and rests just above the knee.
Can I wear a cup with the compression briefs?
No. Our compression briefs have no cup pocket and aren't made to hold a cup. They give groin support for days you don't need a cup. When you need a cup, choose a jock or System.
