SHIPPING INFO

You can view a shipping estimate by adding items to your cart and going to the cart page, you will see all available shipping options and pricing there.

Orders are shipped from our warehouse in Northbrook, IL.

There can be a 2-3 business day handling time before orders ship, so please plan accordingly when choosing your shipping method.

Carrier calculated shipping rates are available at checkout which enable you to choose the speed you need to receive your product in. 

 A Note On International Shipments:

We try to make sure all duties and fees are paid from our end but some countries impose additional duties on product at the time of import. You are responsible for all additional taxes and duties levied on your order once it arrives in your country. 

Please note that first class international shipping does not have a guaranteed delivery time frame. Depending on the location, shipments can take up to 4-6 weeks and tracking the shipment can have limited abilities. 

EU Right of Withdrawal

Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to withdraw from many contracts within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing any reason.

Please note that under Article 14(1) of Directive 2011/83/EU, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. A prepaid label will be provided through our withdrawal portal; the label cost will be deducted from your refund.

We will issue your refund within fourteen (14) days of receiving notification of your cancellation, or, if later, once we have received the returned goods or you have provided proof that the goods have been shipped back to us.

This right applies to all items purchased through our store, with certain exceptions such as digital products, perishable goods, sealed personal hygiene products, and personalized items, as set forth in Article 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU.

Lost or Undelivered Shipments

If a shipment is lost in transit or not received, we do not offer refunds. However, we are happy to reship your order at no additional cost.
