For many men, there are very few things that are more painful than taking a shot to the testicles. Unless one of your testicles decides to move around and twist inside your scrotum. This is the definition of testicular torsion and it can happen to any man so it is a good idea to prepare yourself just in case.

Craig and Alex talked rugby, Alex's time playing in college, his time playing overseas in Ireland, and his recent injury. Nearly two weeks ago, Amir Khan and Terence Crawford entered the eminent ring at Madison Square Garden for their moment of glory, and the conclusion was anything but dignified or desirable.

Crawford, determined to defend his welterweight title, knocked Khan to the mat in round one and by all accounts dominated the following two rounds. Khan seemed to muster a second wind in the fourth and fifth rounds, exchanging blows and landing punches, but then came the disappointment.

In the past, these two legendary performers worked together in Japan and put on epic matches that garnered accolades from fans and critics alike. So, when the two were both signed by the WWE, fans were excited about the prospect of pairing these two pros against one another again.

Devin Powell experienced every fighter's worst nightmare when he was training with Joe Lauzon and took a knee to the groin, rupturing his testicle. Powell wasn't wearing his cup while training, and we think he's definitely learned his lesson on this one. We're sure that he'll be wearing his Diamond MMA cup for every training session in the future. We definitely give props to Devin for how well he's been dealing with the injury and how he's using humor to get through it. Devin was recently on The MMA Hour with Ariel Helwani and they chatted about his injury.
