Description
Four straps hold the cup snug against your body. Two go around the front of your legs and two sit just below the glutes, so the cup pocket is pulled tight from four directions. Less adjusting. Fewer distractions.
The pouch is a soft nylon-spandex with flat seams, and the 2" waistband keeps it in place under shorts, pants or a uniform. Adult sizes add a drawstring.
The High Performance Athletic Cup’s polycarbonate shell and shaped geometry help deflect and spread the force of a hit, and the soft elastomer rim helps reduce rubbing.

How does a jock strap keep a cup from shifting?
Most jock straps rely on a pouch and a couple of leg straps, which leaves the cup room to move. The Diamond MMA Quad Strap Jock has a cup pocket tailored to the Diamond MMA cup, plus four straps that pull that pocket tight from four directions. That tension helps keep the cup snug against the body when you sprint, change direction, slide or hit the mat. The athlete should be thinking about the game, not adjusting their cup.
Protective gear helps reduce risk but can’t prevent every injury.

Frequently asked questions
Which should I get: the Quad Strap Jock, Compression Jock Short or Performance Short?
All three use the same four-strap design and tailor-fit cup pocket. The difference is what’s built around the jock.
Quad Strap Jock: A traditional jock strap you wear under your own shorts, pants, or uniform.
Compression Jock Short: The Quad Strap Jock with a compression short built around it. The two front straps sit inside the short, and the two back straps are built into the short. It ends about mid-thigh.
Performance Short With Built-In Jock: Made to wear as your outer short. All four straps are inside, and it ends just above the knee.
What size jock should I get?
Measure around your natural waist, just above the hips, and match it to the size guide. Adult sizes run Small (28–30") to 3XL (41–44"). Between sizes with bigger thighs or glutes? Size up.
Should my kid wear a youth or adult cup?
The youth cup is 5.5" long, 3" wide and 2" deep. The adult cup is 6.75" long, 4" wide and 2.25" deep. Most athletes move to adult sizes around age 12, depending on build.
Can I wash the jock with the cup inside?
Yes. Machine wash the jock in cold water with the cup left in the pouch, then air dry both. You can also wash the cup by hand.
Do the 2pk and 3pk come with extra cups?
No. Multipacks add extra jock. You get one cup with the system.
