Most popular questions

How do I pick the right cup size?

Check the size chart or take the quiz and we'll point you to the right size.

What's the difference between a hard cup and a soft cup?

A hard cup has a polycarbonate shell built to deflect and spread the force of a hit. A soft cup is padding: more give, but much less impact protection. For contact sports and sports with a hard ball or puck, choose a hard cup.

How should an athletic cup fit?

It should cover everything, sit flat against your body and stay put when you run or squat. The jock should feel snug without pinching.

When should a youth athlete move up to an adult cup?

Most athletes move from the youth cup to the adult cup around ages 14 to 15, depending on body type. If the youth cup no longer covers everything, it's time to size up.

Can I wear a cup with your compression briefs?

No. Our briefs have no cup pocket. They're supportive briefs for days you don't need a cup.
