PREMIUM HIGH QUALITY
The Diamond MMA Compression Jock Short provides the ultimate groin protection for high-impact sports athletes. The patented four-strap design acts like suspenders to create tension to keep your cup flush against your body while moving. ZERO SHIFTING, GUARANTEED. Made from military-grade elastics and premium construction, prevents both lateral and vertical movement of the cup allowing for free movement, while still providing complete protection and comfort.
The compression shorts are made from high-quality materials and feature a moisture-wicking fabric that keeps you cool and dry, even during the most intense workouts. The flatlock seams reduce chafing and irritation, while the wide waistband provides added support and the included drawstring ensures a perfect fit.
ERGONOMICALLY DESIGNED
Engineered to offer optimum protection during high-impact sports, Diamond MMA High-Performance Athletic Cup is crafted with a custom-designed geometry that allows it to deflect and distribute forces. Its core is made up of rigid but flexible polycarbonate - a material also used in bulletproof glass - and a proprietary blend of copolymer that absorbs any impact received. Furthermore, its soft elastomer edge minimizes vibration as well as reduces chafing or rubbing on sensitive groin muscles and nerves. With direct hits taken to your most sensitive area easily absorbed, you can continue playing worry-free with no recovery time needed.
Designed by award-winning designers and Stanford University engineers, this system has been approved by doctors and urologists as the best groin protection on the market. Diamond MMA products are used by professional athletes worldwide without sponsorships.

Description
Four strategically placed straps hold the cup snug against your body. The straps act like suspenders, adding tension that helps keep the cup snug against the body. Less adjusting. Fewer distractions.
The short uses moisture-wicking fabric to keep you cool and dry, flatlock seams to cut down on chafing, and a wide waistband. Adult sizes add a drawstring for a dialed-in fit. Youth sizes don’t have a drawstring.
The High Performance Athletic Cup’s polycarbonate shell and shaped geometry help deflect and spread the force of a hit, and the soft elastomer rim helps reduce rubbing.

How does a youth compression jock short keep a cup from shifting?
Most youth compression jocks rely on a pouch, which leaves the cup room to move. The Diamond MMA Youth Compression Jock Short has a cup pocket tailor-fit to the Diamond MMA youth cup, plus four straps that pull that pocket tight from four directions. That tension helps keep the cup snug against the body when your athlete sprints, slides, dives or makes contact.
Protective gear helps reduce risk but can’t prevent every injury.

Frequently asked questions
What size youth jock should I get?
Measure around your athlete’s natural waist, just above the hips, and match it to the size guide: Youth Medium 22–24" (about ages 8–10), Youth Large 24–26" (about 10–12), Youth X Large 26–29" (about 12–14). It fits snug by design. Between sizes or thicker in the thighs or seat? Size up.
Is this a good youth baseball cup?
Yes. It’s made for youth baseball and softball players, including catchers, plus lacrosse, football, hockey, wrestling and martial arts. The youth cup’s hard polycarbonate shell helps deflect impact from foul balls, sticks and contact, and the four straps help keep it in place through every slide and dive.
Which should I get: the Youth Quad Strap Jock or the Youth Compression Jock Short?
Both use the same four-strap design and tailor-fit cup pocket. The Youth Quad Strap Jock is a traditional jock strap your athlete wears under their own shorts, pants or uniform. The Youth Compression Jock Short System has the jock built into a compression short that ends about mid-thigh
What happens when my athlete outgrows Youth X Large?
Move up to adult sizes. Adult Small to Large are available with the youth cup, so teens and smaller-framed athletes can keep the smaller cup while moving into a bigger jock.
Should my kid wear a youth or adult cup?
The youth cup is 5.5" long, 3" wide and 2" deep. The adult cup is 6.75" long, 4" wide and 2.25" deep. Most athletes move to adult sizes around age 12, depending on build.
How to clean my jock and athletic cup?
To ensure the longevity and performance of your Diamond MMA gear, please follow these care guidelines.
Athletic Cup:
• The cup can be hand-washed with soap and water for quick cleaning.
• Alternatively, leave the cup inside the jockstrap during a gentle, cold machine wash. After washing, remove the cup and allow it to air dry. Do not put the cup in the dryer—high heat can damage it.
Jockstraps and Briefs:
Machine wash in cold water. To maintain elasticity and overall durability, avoid using the dryer. High heat from dryers can break down elastic materials over time. For best results, lay flat or hang dry. Following these instructions will help keep your gear in top condition, ready for every game or workout!
Do the 2pk and 3pk come with extra cups?
No. Multipacks add extra jock shorts. You get one cup with the system.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is calculated at checkout, with Ground, 2-Day and Overnight options. U.S. orders over $175 ship free.
What if it doesn’t fit?
Exchanges are free, so you can swap for the right size. You can also return it within 30 days of delivery, even if you’ve worn it. Add Checkout+ at checkout for free returns and package protection.
What does the warranty cover?
The athletic cup has a lifetime warranty. Every other Diamond MMA product, including the jock short, has a 30-day warranty. Fill out the Warranty Claim Form if you have a problem.
